Freedom Point Usage Rules

Who Receives Freedom Points?

Freedom Points are distributed to the accounts of guests who have stayed at Freedom Inn (the “Hotel”) in accordance with the rules and policies of the Hotel.

How Are Freedom Points Calculated?

Points accrue on the basis of spending on room charges at the Hotel; provided, however, that the Hotel may award additional points as part of bonuses and special promotions.In general, guests registered in the Freedom Points program will receive upon check-out an award of points equal to five percent (5%) of their room charge after subtracting any applicable discounts or rebates (such final amount being the “Net Room Charge”). Freedom Points are credited to a member's account 2 weeks after check-out (or, in the case of Referral Points, 2 weeks after the referred guest checks out).

How May Freedom Points be Used?

Points may be used by the Hotel guest (a “Guest”) to whom they are registered in conjunction with any paid stay at Freedom Inn between the time of check-in and check-out.  In addition, Freedom Points may be used by the registered spouse or domestic partner as well as any children aged 18 and under (each being a “Relative”) of such Guest. Guests should refer to the on-line Freedom Point usage manual, which may be amended by the Hotel from time to time, at the time such Guest wishes to use his or her Freedom Points for applicable usage amounts.Freedom Points may also be used against Hotel charges at a rate of 1 yen / point.

Are Freedom Points Transferable?

Freedom Points are not transferable.

Can Freedom Points Expire?

Unused Freedom Points will expire 24 months from the date of issue.
