Thank you choosing Freedom Inn for your Niseko holiday. While international travel to Japan remains in a state of flux, we are processing reservations by request only. Please fill out the below form and we will respond to you shortly.
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is confirmed, a 10% charge will be applied for processing cancellations more than 60 days prior to your check-in date. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to check-in, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No refund is available for cancellations made within 30 days prior to check-in. Changes in dates of stay will be subject to availability, with no change fee applicable more than 60 days prior to check-in. Charges may be applied to last minute changes. Because weather and health factors can affect winter holidays, we recommend all of our guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
